The Land Park and Curtis Park market remained strong in June. While closed sales dipped slightly from 25 to 24 homes, the average sale price climbed 18.5% to $878,255, and homes sold in an average of just 17 days. More than 80% of homes sold within 30 days, with many receiving multiple offers and selling above asking price.
For sellers, it is still an excellent time to list a well-prepared, competitively priced home. For buyers, although competition remains strong, the slight decrease in sales activity may provide more opportunities than earlier this spring, making it important to be prepared to act quickly when the right home becomes available.
